I am gender and trans-affirming, sex positive, kink competent and I have the knowledge and experience to support a wide array of consensually non-monogamous and polyamorous relationship configurations.
What is Sex Therapy?
I approach sex therapy as talk therapy that does not shy away from sexual issues.
For some, therapy teaches them to manage anxious thoughts that affect their sexual performance. For others, therapy is a way to explore patterns of attachment that prevent them from forming secure bonds with loved ones.
Whatever your concern, I will provide you with space to explore it and grow from it without shame or judgment.
